Amazing menu, great service in a superb location. I truly enjoyed our fish menu. Flavour were so original and every plate was a tasty experience.
The food is just outstanding. The experience is structured three options – signature dishes of chef Christophe Baquié; seafood focused menu; frequently changing menu with seasonal products. We have ordered last two and went for a three hours long festival of perfectly prepared and deliciously tasting dishes. Just to mention few: beautiful vegetables and octopus with air-light aioli; seasonal mushrooms, raw and grilled, with parmigiano, Corsica salty smoked ham and mushroom broth; lightest and crispest ever seafood tempura; zucchini flower; grilled langoustine served with tartar of raw one, perfect combination; fish cooked to perfection, just slightly pinkish; amazing desserts, with sliced strawberries just served on this layer of crust or most tasty wild strawberries with some light cream.
Very nice wine list, with a big room left for regional wines and excellent sommelier to help you navigate through the list; at the end of the meal, very nicely presented large selection of sweet wines by the glass.
