We arrived on time at 8pm and had to wait about 15mins. The bar very nice not too many people but we managed to get a drinks  just before being shown to our table. Decor is warm and lively with lots of wood, stone and grassy overtones.I’ve been going to Zuma Abu Dhabi since it opened and it continues to be my favourite restaurant – both for dinner and/or drinks. The ambience and food are so consistent and spectacular.The servers, who do seem to change over frequently, are prompt and polished. It is the food, however, that sells me every time. The dishes we can strongly recommend are all the ZUMA signature dishes, especially the sole and lobster.My favourites are beef tartar , soft shell crab rolls,lobster with caviar,Gril king crab , Sashimi with Sake have gold inside and eel rolls. Compared to Nobu (the original) they win hands down They do have a two hour window but are polite about it and soften the blow with champagne or wine the best part about Zuma is that the atmosphere is always up – any day of the week and you can frequently get a last minute seat at the counter grill. If you’re entertaining for work or friends this is a sure winner.Thank you for Head Chef Mario Fico for create food some food we have tonight even not in the menu yet.The food, drinks, service, & staff in this restaurant has so far always been amazing. We had a wonderful evening and would certainly love to go back!
