Ancient gold coins depicting King Umberto of Savoy and Queen Victoria of England on our historical label testify the remote origins of the Mario Fiore di Gragnano pasta factory; its history started to wards the end of the nineteenth century, when it was presented in the major European exhibition fairs, becoming one of the most representative products of Southern Italy.
The skill and wisdom of the Mario Fiore factory in the processing of bronze drawn Gragnano pasta are handed down from generation to generation. Paired with the particular microclimate of this area, between the mountains and the sea, it alows its pasta to dry naturally. The use of first quality durum wheat semolina allows us to obtain a product with unique characteristics, recognized and appreciated all over the world.
